Refund policy

You can get a partial refund of the ticket in case of cancellation if you notify the event organizers within 48 hours from purchasing the ticket by sending an email to board@28digitalalumni.eu. Note that receiving the refund might take a while and that the refund consists of the ticket price excluding the payment processing fees, which are < 5%, depending on the payment method. In other words, we cannot refund the payment processing fees. After 48 hours, you will not be able to get a refund in case you wish to cancel your participation.
